CHIMNEY FLUES CE EN1856

 

In our production range of chimneys, there are types of MN or MP system which has a circular section and the DN or DP system with double insulated walls. They are realized according to regulations, EN 1856-1, EN 1856-2, EN1443, EN 12391-1, UNI EN 13084-1, UNI EN 13384-1, UNI EN 13384-2, UNI  10845, UNI 7129, UNI 10641, UNI 11071; have been subjected to checks and quality check in every production phase and tested as prescribed in the standard EN 1856-1/2, UNI EN 1859.

 

SINGLE WALL CHIMNEYS WITH CIRCULAR SECTION

Our standard production of chimneys with single-wall has been realized with stainless steel 304 or 316, thickness 0.8mm, however, on request from customers can be varied both the type of stainless steel and the thickness. Our production currentry has been certified for the following classes.

 

                 TYPE OF PRESSURE N1 : MN System at the depth 80mm secured with screw coupling.

                 Suitable for use of Chimney inside of building in negative pressure

 

                 TYPE OF PRESSURE P1 : MP System with silicone gasket at the depth 80mm secured

                 with screw coupling.

                 Suitable for use of Chimney inside of building in positive pressure

 

DOUBLE-WALL  CHIMNEYS WITH CIRCULAR SECTION

Our standard production, double-wall chimneys has been realized with stainless steel 304 or 316, thickness 0.8mm, narural finish or in the glossy version or burnished and aged copper effect. On request from customers can be varied both the type of stainless steel and the thickness.

The insulation is mader of rockwool cup,thickness 50mm,density90kg/㎥

Our production currentry has been certified for the following classes.

 

　　　　  TYPE OF PRESSURE N1 : MN System has joint of the depth 90mm secured with

                  junction band.

                  Suitable for use of Chimney outside of building also in negative pressure

 

                  TYPE OF PRESSURE P1 : MP System with silicone gasket  and the joint depth

                  is 90mm secured with junction band.

                  Suitable for use of Chimney outside of building also in positive pressure
